How pricing actually works
We quote fixed prices, not open-ended retainers. After a free 30-minute audit, you receive a written scope with a fixed setup fee and a fixed ongoing hosting and support cost. Nothing starts until you approve both.
The starting bands above cover roughly 90% of engagements. The exceptions are usually multi-location practices, firms with unusual compliance requirements, or businesses integrating with proprietary systems.
Ongoing costs cover the actual infrastructure (SMS gateway, AI model usage, hosting, monitoring) plus a small support envelope. AI usage is passed through at cost with a transparent monthly breakdown.
What we do not do
- Lock you into a 12-month contract to start. Every engagement is month-to-month after the fixed setup phase.
- Charge a 'strategy' fee before we know if we can help. The audit is genuinely free.
- Bill by the hour. You get a scope and a number.
- Own your data. Everything we build sits in your accounts, on your infrastructure.
